Hello there, I can't manage to get the games from my phone onto my PC. I looked in the tips and tricks section but the method given didn't work. I also tried a search but nothing came up.
I have a motorola V220 and all the correct sofware and drivers, I'm just not sure how to go about it. So if somebody would be kind enough to walk me through it step by step I'd really appreciate it!

Have you got the p2k programs connected?
Have you enabled the Java app loader?
Have you turned it on through the phone?
Have you set up the comm port in midway?

Sometimes the game is corrupted and thus the jad file you try to send to the phone is also corrupted, or its a copyrighted game and won't install from what I've seen. try finding a game that works with a friends phone, or one from a reputible site.

At which stage is it not working?
Does it say application error? If so that probably means it is not compatible with your phone.

It seems to be working fine as all the other functions are work. I just can't bring up a list of the games on my phone, let alone transfer them. They're either downloaded or I put them on the phone via this software in the past. :s

Use Midway to install games - its the Motorola approved software for doing this.
Get it at http://developer.motorola.com/?path=1.2.6.28

Installing them is no problem, it's getting them off the phone and onto the PC so i can back them up that's the problem.
