Motorola phone isn't functioning - Loaded new master pack

i just loaded a new master pack, i tried to down load a few more skins, now my phone isnt functioning...wont even boot, displays these lines of codes and its hard to get into boot load to...
any advice, much appreciated...

Did you install any mma_ucp files? You shouldn't use mma_ucp files from other phones.
You will probably have to flash it again

yea,i agree probably will have to...is there another way to flash besides going to boot load?

Not if the phone won't start normally
If you are having trouble getting into bootloader, try removing the battery, holding # and * and replace the battery while keeping them pressed.
Flash with a monster pack then flash with your flash of choice, I've found this is a sure way to restore the phone to foundation then upgrading the firmware from the base
