Yesterday, the time went back 1 hour to Standard Time. I have my 2 cell phones set on autotime. My Moto Razr V3 automatically set the correct time but my Motorola V300 did not. I had to set the time manually. Why did this happen? I have T-Mobile service on both phones. Please explain.

Check SEEM 0032_0001
offset 55 - bit 2: Time Autoupdate (1 on, 0 off) <-- this will actually activate the feature, the menu item is in offset 00
However even with this set the autoupdate feature seems particularly unreliable in my experience
Our clocks changed Saturday night I am still waiting for my V3 to change to the correct time - it usually does but takes a few days...

I believe it sets the auto update when it connects to a network, at least thats how my old nokia did it, have you tried rebooting when there's a time change Mikekay?

Hmm, interesting. I woke up Sunday morning about 6:30 AM (the old time) and my V3i had already moved its time back an hour. Could it be a carrier thing?

Well the signal is sent by carrier - its very possible mine only sends the update signal weekly or something as it usually does correct itself after a while
