611 is free. it will get you to your service provider no matter who your carrier is.

i got this message Your login has been disabled. "Please contact T-Mobile Customer Care at 611 from your mobile phone or 1-800-937-8997 from any phone for more information on restoring your access"so i call them and it like a robot i dont know what to do.

i have never acceced my t-mobile with this phone number befor. i only use my other phone number

The robot thing just attempts to direct your call to the right place. You can try pressing 0 to go to a cs rep or say I want to speak to cs. If not say my account has been disabled and it should help you out.
