I used the T-mobile configurater site to install T-zones on my phone, but it didn't work still. I found all I had to do was change the default setting to T-zones under webaccess, web sessions. The configurater installed T-zones but didn't make it the default setting. I tried to use the configurater to install picture messaging, but it didn't work. I got some error message not enough space or someting. I deleted one of the MMS servers, but it still didn't work. I found that entering the these settings manually worked. I setup a new MMS server under messages, menu, message setup. Service Name: T-Zones MMS, Server Name: http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms, Web Session Name: T-Zones. I also had to enter APN Name: wap.voicestream.com but I don't know where I found that.

www.wdsglobal.com used to have all those settings. Check there and verify your settings are correct.

Call customer care or tech support and ask them to send you the MMS settings over the air, they can also walk you through the menus to get it going. Keep in mind you need to send 1 or 2 MMS' before you can receive them in most cases.

If its a non tmobile phone that may not work in all cases. Settings may need to be entered manually

They did a big update to their list of compatible devices they can do OTA on a while back, but yes it does depend on the phone. It would be my first step though as it would be the easiest if they do have it.
