the closest you'll get is www.wirelessadvisor.com
I guess it's just safer to get a phone with both bands.

Steva,
I've used wirelessadvisor, but I have sometimes noticed that they will list a carrier as offering service in area which I know that they don't. For example, Verizon is listed as offering service here (76909), which simply is not true. Granted they may roam off of another carrier in the zip code that you type in, but wirelessadvisor can sometime be a little misleading.
All else aside, it's still a good resource.

yeah. i'm not sure how reliable it is since i've never used it and i'd not run by a wireless provider. I guess a combination of both resources could be good.

Steva: That's ok. Just thought you'd like to know that it is not always 100% right.
K1A: Your Welcome.

Credit where credit is due. Yes, that was you. I just borrowed and reiterated your idea.
