umm if you have a problem with prank calls all the time and everything i think its free but im not sure at all....

Last time I checked in was like $5 or $10. If you are moving it is free, almost every other reason there is a charge.

Yikes.
I know that it is standard to understand the customers concern with prank calls and that it's waived one time <-- used to have T-Mobile

Hey I know this one! It's $15 and you get a new voicemail box... I think there is normal taxes on that fee too if I remember correctly  darn govt!

however i got mine changed for free because as far as i can tell the person that had this number before me must have been in debt over there head, because i had collections calling like crazy trying to get intouch with this one girl
