I get AT LEAST 20-30 customer compliments a WEEK. I know that doesn't seem like a lot, but it's not rare AT ALL. Our call center is tied for #1 or #2 in the whole company in the NE region - hell, we've beaten Verizon and T-Mobile 3 times out of the past four months for the NE Region - so don't tell me that Cingular' CSR experience are all bad, because if you're not a customer, (and i don't care if you've been a past customer) than don't even speak on it. |
and cingular is getting better and better vs. itself 1-2 years ago they really are making positive commitment to get their customer service.
thank you.. I agree with that comment. it is what works for you too.. I've been considering getting t-mobile service maybe next year. BUT I already know there are going to be areas of service where I will have no coverage at all vs my cingular pre paid phone where It is rare any where I go where I can't get a signal. (I have found some spots but usually not that bad drive 1 mile or less and get a signal etc.)

T-Mobile is a great company and so far has been the first company I got service with since Sprint when I was 15, and that was a good 4years ago. Customer services usually helps you out and they are nice and polite always. THey have better prices and they will always try and find a way to help you and save you money is all about calling them and upgrading to a correct Rate Plan that matches your needs and choosing the correct option features.
They have great prices on message bundles and most of them include picture messages, usually if they see any sort of high billing activity they will help give you options to help save you money.
Is always better to upgrade to more minutes for a bit more money than freaking paying 300 dollars in usage because you think you might get away with it.

Please read what I write and not twist my words, I not once said "all Cingular CSR experiences are bad". Good job putting words in my mouth though
I can speak on it it all day, Cingular, in more than one survey and on a regular basis is rated 3rd in customer service. Now if you continue to wish to take those results as an insult like you obviously are and get all pissy about it, be my guest. It is in no way a direct reflection of how YOU serve people, but like I said, take it how you will.
Be glad you don't work for Sprint/Nextel... they aren't even considered a competitior in customer satisfaction to the VZW/TM/Cingular

wait a minute... people why are u saying tmobile has 10 million costomers?? We are not talking about sprint which had a pathetic 10 million costomers before the merger with nextel (only to make 17 mil, which is still sad) Tmobile has a good 25 million costomerss now. so 10 mil for tmobile is not even close! just to clarify.
