For all of you who think tmobile is horrible, your flat out wrong. Tmobile is a great company. Trust me i know... i have experienced all of them and im going to tmobile on saturday to pick up service from their. They are great. i have friends and family who have tmobile. Much better than the rest , trust me. their only competition is verizon, i must say that verizon is pretty good. but tmobile is just great. i dont understand why everyone is getting so annoyed lately in this forum but its not worth it becuase im sure u can find a way to reason with them , their customer service is great. Either that or you, the customer who had a problem with them, are making some mistake.
i mean come on people, i read some of the things u do and it makes me think "wow your dumb" and i laugh becuase your doing the wrong thing in the situations you all got YOUSELFS into.
im not going to keep ranting but i just wanted to get a point across icon_biggrin.gif

Iw as with T-Mobile for two years - I did not like it. Bad coverage, bad customer service, crappy phones - but you will hear that with EVERY company.

Plain and simple, the majority of the time cellular users are mad at their provider because of something they did (ie overages). T-Mobile has been #1 in customer service by JD Power & Associates for what, 4 years now? I don't think they are doing as bad as a lot of people here care to believe heh.

Coverage is a big gripe, but you know what... everyone has coverage issues, EVERYONE. It's stated in every provider's TOC's that they cannot and will not guarantee coverage or network. The maps are a blanket to give you an idea, not the 100% pure accurate down to the house signal strength. Plus phones vary as well.

I've been with them for a little over 2 years now after being with Sprint, Cellular One & Verizon. T-Mobile by *far* has been the best expierences, and I've had some issues with phones and they were always willing to help when it was something that wasn't my own fault (manuf. defects).

You can't please everyone, with something like 10 million customers. I've had some overages, of course I called in to see why things were so high but when it was explained to me I understood it was my fault, sure I was upset but I did use those minutes and I did know how many I was allowed under my rate plan lol.

It's easier to get better ratings with less customers.

10 million Vs 58 million - which do you think is easier to please?

Then why oh why Manator is VZW able to keep up with TM in the customer service end of things?? 58 million subs is no excuse.

I don't think JD Powers goes and asks 5 or 6 people from each carrier.

Ultimately it doesn't matter how many more people any carrier has for reviews, if they had good experiences and good service and they get asked about it by JD Powers, it comes back positive.

Cingular needs to realize customers care more about customer service than their claim of the largest network. Many independant studies put VZW or TM in first and Cingular always in 3rd.

There is a reason Cingular is always in third, and it's not because they have more customers. It's because their customer service just isn't as important to them as it is to VZW & TM. If it was, one would think they wouldn't continue to be considered 3rd in customer service.

Excuse me - we put 100000% emphasis on customer service every damn day.

I get AT LEAST 20-30 customer compliments a WEEK. I know that doesn't seem like a lot, but it's not rare AT ALL. Our call center is tied for #1 or #2 in the whole company in the NE region - hell, we've beaten Verizon and T-Mobile 3 times out of the past four months for the NE Region - so don't tell me that Cingular' CSR experience are all bad, because if you're not a customer, (and i don't care if you've been a past customer) than don't even speak on it.
