I have a d900 same 2gb card problem my firm ware is xaff9 had a e900 previous and had no problems with card

I purchased a D900 recently and just bought a 2GB Sandisk Micro SD memory card, but I am still waiting on it to get here. My firmware is "D900DXFJ2"

Hi. can anyone shed some light on this one?
I have "Dev. Version D900XAFG6" and just bought a 1GB card for my D900, it is a Kingston brand.
Anyways, it didnt work, so the guy in the shop stuck another card in my phone, it worked fine, stuck my card into another phone it worked fine, stuck my one back in, and it worked fine in my phone!
BUT, since then I have had my phone switched off, and when I put it back on, same problem, blocked again.
Anyone know how I can fix it back again? If this sounds messy, just let me know and I will try to explain it again

Just an update. I got my 2GB memory card and put it in the phone and it works great!

Hi guys
I got two questions on my new samsung d900
anyone found kingsinton 512mb microsd work with the phone? i bought htis on ebay and am worried that it wont work
also.does ur screen on the d900 ever go blank? i never owned a slider phone and dunno if the screen is supposed to turn black to save power or anything. so far.all mine has done is dim down but i can still see the screen with the clock, date, etc. even leaving it untouched for over 30min

Now here is a question for you, I am thinking about getting a D900 and found a website selling it along with the new Sandisk MircoSD 4GB card.
Now I have seen here that some are having problems with the 2GB are these folks here at the site trying to rob me by selling the 4GB card?
Also I tried going to Sandisk's website and it said to contact the phone maker to see if their product would work.
I haven't heard anything back from Samsung yet.

Just an update. I got my 2GB memory card and put it in the phone and it works great!
I used a card reader backed up all the contents from my Kingston 1GB card. Deleted all the files copied back the backedup contents and its working again. hope it works for you
