A while back i decided to get t-zones. I ordered it online but i was impatient and i didnt know that it takes up to 48 hrs for it to activate. So I kept ordering and canceling it every few hours on the first day. After maybe 1 day I called t-mobile and they said that i did NOT order it. I also told her that i kept ordering and canceling it. so I guess she ordered it for me. So a few days later I finally could access t-zones. After a few months i decided to cancel it cuz i really didnt need it. well about a week after canceling it i noticed that i still have t-zones. I went on t-mobile and it said it was canceled. Till this day, which is about 2 years from cancelation, I still have t-zones. T-zones doesnt come up on the bill or online. Even if i call t-mobile they say that i dont have t-zones. I dont know how i did this but i got free wap.

There is 2 different "T-Zones". There is the free one that allows you to browse the ringtones/games/etc. and is included for everyone and is free unless you download things.
The full "T-Zones" that allows you to access the mobile web and view websites, email, etc... (yahoo for example) and that is $5.99 for unlimited.

yes i know that. I can access google, yahoo, even the myspace homepage. i can access websites for free. i never use the t-mobile homepage to download ringtones/wallpapers because i go to google and find a free download there and i never get paid for the ringtones or for t-zones.

I would be cautious then, cause they can technically bill you for past months if you're using a service you're not paying for.

What kind handset do you use? You could be connecting to a wireless internet source and accessing the other websites through it.

i have gone through many phones. I even change the sim cards to my friend's phones and download ringtones 4 them. Its not the cell phone cuz t-zones works on all t-mobile cell phones. And i havent changed any of the wap setting to make it free.
I dont think t-mobile will be charging me for using their service for free cuz it has been such a long time since this happened. if they were to bill me for it then they would have done it a long time ago.

I'm in San Diego. I just noticed I too have free WAP Internet access on my V195. I used to have the $5.99 T-mobileWeb service, but I cancelled it through the website about a year ago. I never even attempted to access WAP since I cancelled it because I was affraid of fees. But I guess there are no fees.
sweet.
