All of sudden I couldn't turn on the V220 after shutting it off last night. I believed that there are some battery left, but no matter how long I press and hold the Power button... nothing happened. I tried to plug in the charger, although I can see little back lights on the screen, but the phone remained non-responded.
I also tried to take out the battery, SIM and put them back in... No luck.
Any suggestions, what do I have to do?
Thanks.

Does the phone appear to be charging when you plug in the wall charger?
Edit nvm: reread question. If you have warranty I would definitely use it

When I plug in the charger, the keypad will light on and I can see some back light on the screen, but nothing actually appears...
No warranty...actually bought it off ebay and it has been working for 2 weeks and now...

Hi there..
Check if the phone works with a battery full charged.. it sounds like you re gonna need to replace a couple of hardware components..
I had the same problem with my v220.. the phone battery wouldnt charge.. i tried with a different battery. .and the phone works fine.. so the problem was inside.. in the mainboard.. (transistor and fuse)
there's a post related to this here:

Hope this will help.. cheers..

Are you suggesting to buy a new battery? Or do the repair (transistor, fuse)?
Thanks.

hi again.. well.. what im suggesting is to see if the phone works by charging only the battery.. since the phone wont charge it by itself... and that's probably because of this transistor and fuse components.. which is not allowing you to charge the battery with your phone..
if im correct.. the phone should work with that battery (charged)..
Check the link of the post above and see if that's your case..
You might wanna try to fix it (at your own risk)... or buy a "only battery charger" on ebay or somewhere else.. and have your phone working that way.. but once again.. see if the phone works by charging only the battery.. and check the link if thats your case..
Cheers
