I recently purchased a razor v3i phone from ebay that was unlocked. I use a cingular plan and with the new phone I am unable to access ringtones, ect, ect. I was told over the phone with cingular that I would be able to flash my phone to their firmware. I read through your forums and was unable to find out how to do this. If anyone could help me that would be great.

You would need to flash with a Cingular flex. However I'm not sure where there is a Cingular flex or monster pack for the V3i.
All you need is the Cingular settings on your phone, if you go to their website you should be able to send the settings to the phone yourself

i found all the programs and a guide to flash my phone but my phone does not show it self as connected in multiflashflex.
can someone help me with this please?

Have you managed to find a Cingular flex for the v3i?

By the way, i used your guide and it still does not appear on multiflashflex.
I dont knwo why, but when i go to my device manager the cell phone installs as a 'usb mass storage deviece' and it will not let me use the drivers.
any help would be great.

Make sure and switch the phone to data / fax mode
Maybe I am being thick - but I don't see a Cingular monsterpack at that page
