hello all. when trying to access my personalize menu all i get is the please wait hour glass rotating and the thing just sits there. no matter how long i wait. i have done both master clear reset and master reset with no luck. does anyone know how to fix this problem using p2k or any other program? the phone is a razor v3. please help.

What is your s/w version - Are you sure it is not a v3r?
What mods have you done to cause this?

after checking, yes it is v3r. sorry about that.
it is r374_g_0e.42.09r
i had it unlocked a while back but never used the menus. the phone has not been used much so i did not noticed it until today.

No thats a normal V3 - I asked because there is a different fix for the V3r
Restore SEEMS 004a_0001 and 0032_0001 and 0126_0001 1 at a time - they can all cause this issue
If you have no backups use those from the SEEM Backup at http://www.motomodders.net/Portals/0/UserFiles/User86112/V3_SEEM_Backu p.rar
Alternatively flash with a flex / monsterpack

Could you please point me in the direction of a backup or whatever fix for the v3r? I was messing with the seems and everything was going fine, but now my personalize menu won't open either, and setting back the known seem edits that can do it isn't working.
S/W Version R4515_G_08.BD.85R if the programs are reading it wrongly as a v3r.
