Brand new phone (LG CU400) Using my banks 24 hr. "touch tone teller" checking bal.,atm purchases, etc. using spkr phone. Signal strength goes to 0, warning tone, unit does a hard shutdown. :eyes: This phone hasn't left my bed, much less the house! Cingular is no help. How do I get tier 2 or 3 Tech people to talk with me about this,y'all?

Thanks ever so much for y'alls help. I was reading somewhere that at&t doesn't "like" large amounts of usage. It thinks the user is downloading .mp3's, .wav's, whatever. and sends an interruptor "bullet" to the local tower.
Does this sound feasible to anyone? >.<
That still doesn't explain fluctuating signal strength while standing still. Or lying down.

no.that wouldn't happen. people tether, use slingbox.whatever.
it definitely sounds like a firmware issue.
