ok,i'm sorry i've been posting questions like mad. So i finally figured out that search engines are stupid, but "cartoys.com" is one of the best places to buy,they have the D807 or the SLVR even with a 512 tf card included for a cent! Also you can get a one year contract at no extra cost, and there's like no activation fee,maybe not right there but even the shiping is free and theres no tax for me atleast,take a look,they do have limited selections but the W810i is there. Hope i helped some1

it's just like any other 3rd party....you just have to take a close look at the terms and conditions in regards to rebates and stuff.

no,i've read through all of the terms and cond. they're authorized and everything,even the bbb says so,online with activation but still,and there might or might not be an activation fee or it could be in the first bill.

yeah...there's lots of companies like that...wirefly...letstalk...they have additional terms and conditions such as changes to the rate plan can result in loss of rebates or things like that. it's more of a hassle than going directly through cingular. it's just an authorized retailer.

true the 3rd party isng goinf to chrage you an activation fee but cingular WILL all cingular cust will pay a $36 activatin fee for a singel line and $26 per SHARED FAMILY TALK line
