Just received a replacement V3 from Cingular. Put my SIMS card in the new phone and address information is there but not my pictures. Are pictures stored on the phone's internal memory and not the SIMS?? If so, is there any way to get them over to the new phone? Thanks!

Yes, the pics are in the old phone. Is it totally disabled? If so, well, as far as I know, the pics are history.
If the old phone will at least power up, there's a chance you can use Mobile Phone Tools or MobilEdit to retrieve the pics and restore them to the new phone. There might be a way to transfer them via Bluetooth, but I'm not aware of how to do that...yet.

You can transfer via bluetooth - but need to send them from the old phone - you can't browse files with another phone

Oooh, I forgot about having to power both phones from a SIM. Even an unlocked phone wouldn't power up for a Bluetooth transfer without a SIM, would it?
At any rate, it appears that both of the OP's phones are Cingular phones. Wouldn't a Cingular store be able to make this transfer assuming the old phone powers up?
