It's good to have found this site  ! I like it, so many different people and I already feel right at home.
My name is Lettie, I work for T-Mobile in the bilingual customer care dep. and I stumbled upon this website after some Googling trying to find a forum about wireless providers.
So here I am! Feel free to say Hi and let me know where you work at and how you like the site! If anyone has any questions I am available with an answer, if I have a valid one that is!

Yep, believe it or not I speak Spanish as my first language! lol I look Irish not Cuban, is amusing at times.
Free phones are a myth good sir! *evil laugh*
