I was told that I was buying a Cingular Motorola RAZR, but when it arrived, it's a T-Mobile.
It was asking for the Subcidy Code, so I entered my password, not even realizing that I had gotten the wrong phone and the phone is now locked up and only says Contact Service Provider. I can't get onto any other screen.
How can I get this phone unlocked and off of the Contact Service Provider screen? Is there anything that I can do?

I suppose that "ping" is a geeky word for "look for" or "find" or "address" (used as a verb) or "seek out" or...well, you get the idea.
