It's a (heavily) modified phpBB-Board, can't you tell from the looks of the buttons

Well yes the buttons looked familiar but i havent seen a skin or template on any other forum like this one..,anybody know what the template is...??

From what I know: all modifications are done by Allen, he edited it all, even the graphics.
