thanks guys i found it on another forum took me awhile to search for it these settings seem hard to find but just incase anyone else has a motorola razr v3 and is on rogers wireless then here they are.
Motorola Razr V3 MMS Settings
Menu > Messages > Message setup > MMS message setup > Server info
Select it, press the menu button and edit.
Service name: Rogers MMS

well. if you cant find it on internet (which is weird). you can have it from a friend's phone.
if you have a friend with a motorola. then use p2k Tools to copy the Websession file stored in a/ folder. that way, you will have the same configuration .
other option will be going to vodafone website and check if they can send you the configuration through a sms.
pd. to know how to use the p2k tools. check the tutorials or google it.
