I called T-Mo's tech support to request the unlock code for my t-609 as I finished my contract with T-Mo and signed on again ordering the MDA to replace my t-609. I provided the IMEI number and they were unable to provide the unlock code. They said I could have it if they could find it but they were not able to. What I want to do is give the phone to a friend of mine that uses a small rural cell company called RCC Unicel in upstate new york. Now I have 3 phones for the same phone number and want to just give the one away. Any suggestions?

Try calling another rep. Sounds like someone may have not known what they are doing.

I RECIEVED TWO EMAILS FROM SUPPORT AND THEY WERE BOTH THE SAME.

You mean they were both the same as in they can't find the unlock code? You need to get on the phone with tmobile and get them to unlock the phone or fix the problem with something else that will make you happy. Talk to supervisors if you have to, but email support isn't gonna help here.

issue resolved. tmo mis entered imei. also they have wrong sequence and keys in the email instructions. i advised them of error and will post when on pc. thanks for help.
