I also have a Nokia 6133 with the picture message reboot bug. I reset the phone to fix the problem. The only settings I changed was: changing theme to nokia theme, changing wall paper and screen saver. After that the phone reboots when trying to send a picture message. I didn't change any message settings. Then I have to restore factory default again to reset the phone.

Hey whyme, Give T-Mobile a call. Maybe you'll be lucky enough to get a person like I did that know's what's going on. If you din't read my post, check it out. It's the last one on the first page. Good luck.

I had the same problem with my new Nokia 6133. I got a second phone and it started to do the same thing. Long story short, I switched off the the delivery report option for Picture messages. This seems to have solved the problem. Note, if you have already turned on delivery reports for picture messages then turning it off will not fix the problem, you have to reset the phone to default factory settings and then DO NOT turn on that option. Like I said that has solved the problem on my phone.
Hope this helps.

I called t-mobile and spoke to a human. He said the solution is to reset the phone. I said,"I don't want to reset the phone, it keeps reseting wallpaper and themes." He said,"It's a known problem and the solution he has is that I should reset the phone." I told him i'm not changing any message settings and every day I have to reset the phone and it's wasting my time!

Have you tried pulling the battery and then put it back in?

The problem is that your fone is made for t-mo by nokia with software modified per t-mo's requests. Various menu options and functions are defeated. In this case nokia didn't do a good job and the fone software is a buggy mess. Have it flashed and unlocked by nokia and it will be the solid reliable fone it is in the rest of the world.
