I purchased a Nokia 6133 Sunday and phone works great until... Sending a camera phone message. If shuts the phone down and won't send a picture message to my album or others. It will send if someone sends me a picture message. So I had T-mobile send me a second phone. After a day it started doing it on that one. Many hours of troubleshooting, they are sending me a third phone!!! Also my T-zones doesn't work either. The shop said they have had multiple returned back with the same problem. One guy went through 4 phones in a 14 day period. PLease let me know advice if possible or a different phone thats compariable to this one. Thanks a bunch!!!

I had two have them doing the same problem. Nokia says to set to default setting, what good is it if you can't customize it.

I am on my second 6133 in a month and got nothing but run-around from T-Mobile, including them telling me just today that a factory reset would not erase personal settings like my profile information, etc. What a load of crap! I have reset this phone at least four times, and re-configured the settings to my liking and still can't send a picture message. I may try the suggestion posted here to keep delivery confirmation off and see if that works. Thanks for that suggestion. In the meantime, though, anyone else with this problem please stay on the manufacturer and the provider to get this corrected. Our time is far too valuable to be wasting it troubleshooting their technical issues for them!

Don't know if this will help your problems with the photo's but another forum is talking about flashing the phone to the newest F/W. I would think that this could address your issue. http://www.iunlock.com/

I purchased the phone yesterday and encountered the same issue. I went to the store today and made an even exchange. However, this phone also appears to have the same defect. I really like the phone but this problem needs to be fixed. Nokia should recall this phone and make the changes to correct this.

"Nokia 6133 and T Mobile"
If you have a Nokia 6133 from T-Mobile, take care with your Picture Messaging. I fiddled with some settings and all of a sudden my phone would reboot whenever I tried to send a picture message. Here's the issue:
In the menu under Messaging, Message Settings, Picture Messages, 'Allow Ads' must be left as 'Yes'. Of course I thought I should turn my 'Allow Ads' setting to 'No' and then had issues with sending pictures.
To get it working again, I had to go to Settings, Rest. factory sett. and enter the Security Code 12345.
Then once I set everything up again the way I liked it, I left the 'Allow Ads' setting alone.

Can't believe that I'm the first one to post this info. I too had the same problem with sending pics with my 6133. I called T-Mobile and got someone who knew exactly what needed to be done. First we reset the phone and then she sent me two files of some sort. Don't have a clue as to what they were. Then she had me send myself a picture twice. After that it works fine. Hope this will help.
