When I open the MultiFlashFlex tool in PST 7.2.3 (which is patched by the way) it shows the error "Error: PST Initialization failed! No Security Key detected!" I have no idea what the problem is.

Ok, so I finally got that message to go away (by patching it) and now I can see that it says.. "Error: Cannot initialize flash tool! Friendly Name: Flash Prog."

OK i seemed to get this to work, but now when I try to flash my phone it says this:
[10:08:17] Flash File : C:\..........\R364_G_0B.D1.32R_PDS003_LP0003_DRM0001_JP...

Result: FLASH failed! Cannot access MOtorola Flash interface! [10:08:17]

It always says "switching phone to flash mode"... and it says this several times.
