Can anyone tell me how or if it is possible to convert my tmobile razr phone to be able to use with Cricket or Pocket service providers.. Some of these providers offer way better plans, but I don't want to have to purchase a brand new phone unless I absolutely have to.
If it is possible, can anyone tell me where I can get this done? And how much something like this usually runs.
THANKS!

Call tmobile and say you would like your phone unlocked. Then all you have to do is put another carriers sim in your phone and your ready to go.

That easy huh? I thought there would be more to it than that. Does Cricket & Pocket run off sim cards too?

I believe cricket is a cdma provider so your razr would never work with them. I have never heard of pocket, but if you can provide me with a web site, I can look into it for you. Remember, your razr is a GSM phone, so if you want to use it u need to stick to a GSM network.
