Hello! I am new to the boards and appreciate any assistance.
I would like to know if any CSR's have any suggestions on how to receive a better offer for upgrading my 2 phones. My contract has just expired and I am happy with the plan and service. My intention is not to leave NEXTEL, I just wish their phones and upgrade policy weren't so expensive. New clients get a better deal! I was hoping to receive waivers for activation and shipping and hoping to get a better rebate for the phones. I was looking at the i560 and i760.
Am I expecting too much? Any suggestions/recommendations would be appreciated!

yes you should go to cingular they have ptt and better phones unlimited fam ptt 19.99 extra/ ontop of your existing plan

Yeah, i have Nextel and Cingular. Umm I am leaving Nextel bc, well, before the Sprint merger, I tried to avoid calling in and I managed. then I upgraded and was hit w/ stupid unseen chrgs and had all kind of problems. Nextel = $#!%
