what if it asks for an unlock code and i follow your steps but the first thing to pop up is network and both items have 2 locks that look unlocked already

-Insert non-Cingular SIM card
-Power on the handset
-Press the left Arrow (<) button
-Press the star (*) button twice
-Press the left Arrow (<) button
-display will indicate "ME Lock"
-wait approximately 3 seconds
-the display will indicate "Network" and a picture of a closed lock
Press Yes
-the display will indicate "Unlock?"
-Press Yes
-the display will indicate "Enter NCK"
-Enter the SIM Unlock code
-Press yes
-Then handset will display "Network" and a picture of an open lock for
three seconds and will then revert to the main display
-The handset is now successfully unlocked
