I've always been told to claim it on like home/car etc insurance policy you can speak to them and add it.

All cingular devices will be covered by the end of Q1.
Including PDAs and BBs.

but now, if you don't sign up for insurance within the first 30 days of activation, you are not eligible to add it afterwards.
