at the subscribers request this phone line is not accepting.... incoming calls. I got this message on a fellow tmobile users phone.
now i read before that you cannot restrict certain calls. but when this is on can the subscriber receive texts? can they make calls?

i know when my phone was disconnected from not paying the bill, this was the message my friends got. however, my friend has cingular, and he said that he's having problems wiht his phone, and he keeps getting that message from different people. he was still able to text me.

I've got that message before when I've call a friends phone when they were in an area having network issues.

you can block incoming calls only. you can still place outbound calls and send/recieve sms.
but as it was said, it may also be a network issue.

you can block anything and txt from certian ppl you jsut have to set up a filter and all mybe they just dont wanna talk to you haha
