well congrats steve on the promotion! a change is so nice.. will you be working in accordance with Mobitex?

i was recently redhatting with the quality a bay, aka bootcamp(bay in which all the people with crap quality in the center join a team and get extra support), i loved helping other reps out, very refreshing doing something different, and i got to take escalations icon_smile.gif

man, my centre needs something like that!

I haven't started training, so i don't know about too much yet. I'm not sure if they'll mention mobitex.

congrats steve now i know someone in data support which i do not call that often but oince in a while i can normally solve things at the tier II level

Cptech...

I'm not exactly sure of the role of CDS. I assume it's the same as the blue ANS. you know...someone acn't access email on a blackberry or having problems with connection manager or something, they'd be transferred to ANS/CDS. but do we talk to regular reps/tech reps also? I start training in about a week and a half.

you will get transfer from reg/tech reps into data support the only time anyone on my team in this center calls data support is with blackberry e-mail as we do not have access to the blackberry admin tool
