T-Mobile GPRS network not available

i recently purchased an unlocked razr v3i and my service provider is tmobile. everytime i try to use the web browser or download browser messages i get a message that pops up and says 'GPRS network not available'. i dont know how to fix this, i also dont know much about cell phones at all and any help would be great. thank you!

Have you put the settings for tmobile web into your phone?

i would, but i have no clue how to do it icon_frown.gif i tried looking everywhere on this site, and there isnt really anything in depth about it because it seems like everyone knows what theyre doing and also i cant find anything on tmobile phones any help is awesome thank you!

if you ever have problems call tmobile from your cell 611 they have greatttttt coustmer service and can help with anything pretty much

If you call customer care they can send all the settings to your phone. Let me know how that works out.

on a rzor cant send settings but they can walk you through setting them

i figured out how to set up the network, can tmobile help me set up my voicemail and i also get a text with a little tower on it everytime i call voicemail.. will they be able to help me with that??

Dial 123 to set up your voicemail, the prompts are easy to follow. And tmobile doesn't send a txt msg anymore when you have a voicemail, a little icon now appears on your phone.
