Thanks for responding, I was hoping i'd get your help / assistance, since i've been browsing the forums, you seem to know what's going on with these phones and provide the best information / troubleshooting skills.
Anyways, either i'm doing something wrong, or this phone is just messed.
I pushed the * then i pushed the # key, then i pushed the power button, and it did what i said before, the keypad lights up for about 2 seconds, then goes out, and the screen remains black the entire time..... So i dunno what's up with this thing.
Thanks
Tom

Okay, well I plugged the phone into the USB cable and ran RSD. The phone was turned off at this point. When I plugged it in, obviously nothing was showing on the RSD program. I then pushed, *,# and power together, and held it.
After doing this, nothing showed up on the phone, however something showed up in RSD. It read Model "S FLASH NEPTUNE LTE" connected yada yada yada.
I download a MP, here's the one I downloaded.
S/W Version: R374_G_0E.40.79R.shx
Flex Version: SE8607AXXT1088
Language Pack: 0034
Stock Moto/Unlocked
Free space: 5606 KB
File count: 490
[13.6 MB]

I flashed the phone successfully using this MP.
I then tried the *,# and power sequence again without it plugged into the computer and it showed up with the information that wasn't showing up before.
Here is what is showing on the phone's screen right now.
Boot Loader
07.E0
SW Version:
R374_G_0E.41.C
5R_RFDI
When I try to turn the phone on not in bootloader mode, I get the blank grey screen and the keypad doesn't light up.
Now what ?

Downloaded the new MP that you recommended.
S/W Version: R374_G_0E.42.10R.shx
Flex Version: GSMV3xxT677GA164
New Bootloader: BOOT0826
Language Pack: 0039
Video Recording: Capable

Tried this several times, turning the phone on with the blank screen, trying to flash. Doing the 3 button sequence to start it in bootloader, nothing, I keep getting this error message:
"Failed flashing process. Error erasing subscriber unit. Device API Error: 0xE00200C8 Command: ERASE (0xE01220C8)"
Love technology but can be frustrating

I've tried using PST now as well.
I'm still getting an error, well Failed or what not in PST, they don't give you any specifics when an error occurs.
Is my phone screwed?
