You could strip the phone yourself.
Weird its been too long - normally there is a years warranty - how long have you had it - has it been working?

Cellular Blowout told me I had 3 days to return it. I was traveling and unable to even test the phone until I returned. It has never worked.
Can I just unscrew the antenna, and screw in another one?

Consumer laws should give you more than 3 days
Try cnn.cn for parts if you want to try repairing it - I haven't dismantled a v180 so I can't comment on how easy / difficult it will be
