Ok I have a basic cingular plan on my Moto Slvr. I was thinking of getting the Blackberry 8700c. And heres my question if i place my sim card into the 8700c would i need to swicth to a data plan in order to access the internet, or would cingular just charge me by the bytes like the do with the MediaNet????

They'll charge you per kb, but I would get the data plan its only 30 bucks for unlimited.

Thanx for the quick reply, but i have another question. I'm just a guy who loves phones and i switch my SIM card with alot of the newer models. Now when my sim card is in the 8700c will i still have my same plan that was on my Moto Slvr?

no matter what phone you have, it won't effect your plan unless you specifically change it yourself.
