Yep Illusen -- that's all you gotta do.
Just plugin the bluetooth adapter/dongle (if you're running XP it should automatically load the drivers) - and then run the Samsung software (go ahead and install it now so you can see what it looks like) and you're ready to roll. . . the wizard on the Samsung software will walk you through attaching to the phone (just be sure to enable bluetooth before you run it -- and turn on "visibility" so the PC can see your phone).
