Yeah, I got mine from Samsung on Wednesday. It's really comfortable with Jabra EarGels. And pleanty loud. I got a Plantronics Discovery 655 from Cingular last night. I'm gonna compare the two for a few weeks and keep the one I like and return the other one. The WEP200 is more comfortable, has better range and is louder, but I think I outgoing sound is better on the 655.

well i really wanted a white one but i'm thinking that only fake ones come in white since it's not an option on samsung's website. but oh well..
well, i was using my bluetooth perfectly since yesterday and i turned it off tonight while i went in the store and when i cut it back on it would normally ask me if i wanted to connect to it automatically but this time it didn't and when i went to my bluetooth devices, i tried to connect to it and it said service not found. has that happened? i tried calling samsung and it took me to a stupid automated thing..so any help would be great since im new to this whole thing, thanks

Mine pairs up fine. Better than my Plantronics. PM me if you want some help right now. My neighbor just got here and he has the headset too and is good with electronics.

i got it to work..for some reason that person did the EXACT same thing that i had been trying and it worked on the first try. i don't understand but it's working now and it's awesome and i love my headset have you decided which one you like best?
the only complaint i have for this headset is that it never feels like it's secure in my ear but i have always had trouble getting headphones w/ those type of ear plugs to stay put. so maybe it's just me. i think the standard size works best for me.

I think I like the WEP200 better. To make the WEP200 fit perfect, go To a Verizon Wireless Corporate store and buy some Jabra EarGels. They cost $2.99. The person at Verzon might look at you funny or tell you they don't have them, but they do. Tell them to check. Size medium for my right ear works best for me. It fits great and I can wear it all day.
