Fits like a glove and the headset doesn't fall out of your ear. Can be worn all day. You'll forget you have the headset in your ear.

No kidding! I wouldn't have even kept mine if the I didn't have the EarGels. I decided to make another hole in the EarGel with a soldering iron for better sound. It worked pretty good without the hole, but works even better with it.

well..i'm wondering if those gels will even work for my ears, i kind of feel like the ear hooks alone are too big for my ear..i feel like i don't even know how to wear them right. it fits perfectly in my boyfriends ear
i guess i could still give the ear gels a shot.

The EarGels come in 3 sizes. You get a total of 6 EarGels for $3. Small, Medium, Large - one for each ear. Go get some! Your ear will thank you!! After you figure out where to put it it's a snap.

I'm sending my WEP200 back to Samsung. People just can't hear me well enough in my car. It's sad because it's so comfortable and I can hear them fine and I can even listen to stuff on my computer thru the headset. I guess I'll try out the WEP400 when it is released in the coming months.

I recently just got a Samsung t809 cellphone and I bought the WEP200 Bluetooth headset. I followed the instructions included in the "Quick Start Guide" to pair it with my phone. Right after my phone found the device and I entered the passkey/PIN (0000), it said "Service not found" and it says that everytime I try to select the device. I have idea why it's saying that or how to fix it because it doesn't tell you anywhere in the booklet or online. This was the only site I found where I know I can get an answer. Any help would be appreciated.

that actually happened to me recently and i got some help.basically.all i did was delete the wep200 from my devices list and then i did the pairing hing all over again.you know hold down for 8 seconds until the bluelight stays lit and you pair it by doing the 0000 pin number. then it should work. at first it didn't work for me and on my 3rd try it worked. if not, call samsung and they should be able to help by guiding you through the stes. mine works just fine now and i love it except for the fact that it gets uncomfortable pretty easily.and i also have the t809. GOOD LUCK! let me know how it goes
