Wow, it works now. Ha, thanks. I deleted it and paired it again and now it's connected. Awesome, now I can test it out.

i tryed deleteing the device and connecting synching it over again about 5 times. No Luck I have to find my box to verify that samsung is spelled correctly, i purchased it on ebay and i received it today so I want to do as much troubleshooting as I can. Please help . I called samsung they said it might be counterfeit

yeah.i bought one from a store and it was a fake. you can tell several ways.here is a link that will show you pics of the fake ones vs the real ones. http://www.eten-users.net/topic4958
that really helped me a lot since my first one matched the fake one to a t.
Let me know what you find out. if it is a fake, definitely leave negative feedback and report them to ebay.
