The 3300 doesn't support the DKU-2 cable (even though Nokia offers it on their website for the phone).

The 3300 is also no compatible with PC Suite.

All you can do is get a DKE-2 cable and upload music via cable to the memory card.

Why? Because the phone is infact two devices: a phone and a card reader.

The cable allows only a connection to the card reader part.

You need a FBUS cable which is connected via some pins beneath the battery.

And as phone management software: Oxygen Phone Manager II.

If you don't care about contact and only want to upload games and pictures to you phone: get MobiMB.

Maybe you've got a FBUS cable which can be set as MBUS via switch and the switch is set wrong?

Or thep pins don't connect correctly.

Or your cable isn't build for the 3300.
