Unlock Motorola KRZR completely

I have just purchased a new Krazer from my service provider (Telus)
and they pretty much locked everything in the phone besides dialing. bluetooth works and the mp3 player works but the only way I can use ringtones for my calls and change skins is to buy from the provider.... they give my a bs story called copyright laws.... they just want to make money not only over charging for a phone but sucking you in to buying their online crap.. and it is crap.... anyone know an easy way of unlocking the phone completely I don't even have the master reset password... it ticks me off... I don't think I should have to give them any more of my money for a phone I paid 300 dollars for... well if anybody could help me that would be appreciated... thanks

For the master reset password, try 000000 or 1234.

EDIT: Also try your phone number and the last 4 digits of your phone number.

master reset won't work as telus has total control of that

Go thorough the seem map and find which seem to edit to unlock the master reset feature, I'm pretty sure its in there somewhere

I have the same exact problem, same phone, same phone company.

I have 2 questions
- Does master reset entirely unlock the phone?
- If not, what do I need to do to be able to customize it myself? Ive heard of this P2K program, and the link to motomodders or whatever, but I cant register there for some reason to be able to download it.

i'd try motorala midway it's a program that allows
you to put ringtones on moto phones as well as
pics and its not a drag and drop. And it's made by moto so it's more reliable than some others.
