The same thing has happened to my sisters phone. I found a good site:
367net<dot>com
and bought a replacement bottom board of the phone. If you do go to this site and get anything, you will void the warranty on the phone ( which I figure is over assuming you came here for help ) and must take care of each piece of the phone carefully apart. if you snap the flex cable connecting the screen to the board, you may just want to get a new phone. This is a little expensive. I use Cingular and they have a option you can get called phone insurance. See if T-Mobile has that before folling around. I hoped I helped out much.
If you have had experience with taking apart phones, you can try first taking it apart and blow around the inner pieces incase dust is the problem, but that is hard to believe.
Sorry I couldn't hyperlink the website. It just gave me problems.

If you can return for replacement do so, if not you might need to reflash it

I was trying to reflash it yesterday, but it didn't work. But while I was trying to sleep last night, I figured that it wasn't working because I was using a V3 flash -.-

I was unable to get a replacement because of my crappy service policy (24 hours you get to return your phone if it is damaged, WTF), so, do you know where I can get a flash file of the phone? I've tried many files on motox.net but they all seem to fail (I've tried V3 flashes and V3i flashes since there is no V3r flashes) and I'm not a member of motomodders yet because there service is down.

Hi. I have the same problem. How did you reflash your phone, and where did you get the file?
Thanks
