Do you have a card reader? If so, you can just copy your videos off the card onto your computer. The card reader is also the most efficient way to put tunes on your card.
Bitpim works well for backing up your phone's contents, moving ringtones and wallpapers onto you phone, and creating playlists on your desktop.

Hey, we all have to start somewhere!
Do you have a memory card (transflash card)? Your phone can use a transflash card with up to 2G of memory to hold pix, flix, and mp3's. It comes with a card adapter which looks like a regular SD card; that makes it possible to insert it into a card reader.
A "card reader" is a little box with a slot in it which accepts memory cards. The card reader attaches to a USB port on your computer.
Your phone has a slot on it's right side (as you look straight at the phone) which is where you insert the transflash card. Format the card in the phone (see your book - it tells how to do it) before trying to load anything onto it, take it out, put it in the SD adapter, and plug the SD adapter into the card reader (which by now should be plugged into the USB port of your computer).
You will see a picture of the drive on your desktop; double click on that to open it and you will see a list of the folders on your memory card. Drag mp3's into the "my_music". folder. Tell your computer to eject the card reader, then take the adapter out, take out the flash card and put it in your phone.
Once all this is done you can go to the music section on your phone, chose "all songs" and let the phone initialize the songs (you only have to do this when your first insert the card or if you turn off your phone).
Voila! A little word of caution, if you're using a Mac you will get two lists of the songs; the first list has "._" before the name of each song - this list won't play. Scroll down to the second list and you're ready to go. Create playlists to avoid the problem list.
Hope this helps!
