We used to pay monthly for our verizon wireless service and we would have full bars of reception almost everywhere but now that we have changed our phones to pre pay sevice we are constantly getting dropped calls. Especially where we live. I called verizon's customer service and they actually told me that pre paid customers are on different, fewer, towers so they can controll our roaming and that means we get a lot worse reception and different coverage areas. With the pre paid sevice, our residence is now in a bad service area. Its funny they fail to check the sevice area for you when you sing up for pre pay like they do if you are singing for a contract. Any way VERIZON SUCKS ! They are misleading and a very selfish company don't ever get involved with them.

Have you never checked Verizon's coverage map on their website ?? They have different 'options' to select based on the type of service you've got.

What's funny is you failed to check anything for yourself.

Lol, Hall always a good point! icon_smile.gif It is also not like one has a "contract" with prepaid, no reason to keep on prepaying if you don't want to...

Lol, Textwhore,

Why, of course! Teen-ager has 10,000 text, must be Verizons fault, went over minutes, opps, Verizon's fault! That list is endless! icon_smile.gif I put on my padded suit everday to survive the punches!

Gives you a whole new POV when you're on the other side and actually making the call.

You losers must work for verizon because you seem to be just as kniving as the customer sevice reps. Thats just the way you like it if you don't read all the fine print you get ripped off. Well thanks a lot, keep in mind Karma is a B@#$*.

There is no fine print. If you would have looked at the brochure on the wall right in front of you when you signed up for the service you would have seen there are detailed coverage maps inside. Sorry buddy.

How the heck do you know if they even had pre paid brochures there. I know for sure you weren't there and I remember specifically asking for a pre paid brochure, they didn't have any, textwhore, fitting name.
