Block incoming calls (they can't do it, the system isn't set up for it)

Block Text messages from another handset (once again system can't do it) but they can block spam/emails

Give you bonus minutes because you ran out (you need a better plan)

Give you the number to the corporate office (their isn't one available to the public)

Give you overnight shipping (they don't even have the option)

Give you free express shipping just because you don't feel like you should pay it (if it's been less then 30 days since your last upgrade or exchange they can waive the shipping)

Give you a brand new phone past buyers remorse because yours has a defect (do a warranty return to an equipment manufacture and see if they send you back a new phone) (if it works it works quit complaining). however reps might be able to offer you an alternate exchange, but if it doesn't show up on their computer it isn't gonna happen.

resend the ringtones you bought for your old nokia 3220 to your new nokia 6133 (or whatever phone it is) when you bought that ringtone you bought it for that phone, the only exceptions are exchanges.

help you xfer ringtones from your razr to your friends razr via bluetooth (same reason as above)

refund a game because you didn't like it (they might do a couple as a courtesy but don't get used to it)

ask them to do anything involving the operation of your phone, while your talking on that phone and driving down the road (this to me seems obvious but sooooo many ppl do it)

waive your ETF because you can use your phone anywhere but in your house (i'm sorry but mobile phones are not a designed to replace landlines)

demand something out of policy because a guy in a store told you they would do it, (if we don't have proof (I.E. MEMOS) we won't do it. we'd be giving away free cars and houses if we went by what somebody said, and this includes other reps)

well feel free to add to this if you also know what reps go through almost everyday.

Dont ask a rep why they cant send picture messages to Boost or other smaller networks. Had a customer call in today to trouble shoot her mms. Had her send one to herself, then I sent a test one, she got both, then she started complaining that she could send them to the major network users, but not Boost and some prepaid. She started claiming we were BLOCKING her from doing it. I couldn't troubleshoot that because I couldnt reproduce it. She swore at me for not even trying. How could I troubleshoot that????

I was browsing in another forum and I read that some T-mo CS still give Loyalty mins. ( According to them it seldom happens. )
