i just purchased a ringtone and when it sent it to my phone it sent it in a pix message, wen i click on the message it says r u sure u want to view this message, and when i press yes the whole thing jus dissapears to my background. the ringtone cost $3. any ideas?

Call from a landline 800 922 0204 and ask for tech support. They'll troubleshoot it from there.
