Ok I just recently got my Stepdad's old (not as in Accient) cell phone and I wanna put my own Ring tones on it I got the Data Cable Hooked up N every thing and I used Ringtone Chop Shop and it didn't work and I found this forum and tryed using other Ideas and I could not find a free MPT >_> now im rly confused on waht do this Phone dosn't even have 1 Freaking Ring so right now im stuck some one plz help me

You could at least tell us, which phone you're talking about
Is it the 6620 stated in your profile or which?!

yeah srry abou that >.< I didn't know waht it was till Recently and yes it's a 6620 I got a cbl hooked up and I got a File rdy to be transferd I just dunno how

(I guess you're using Windows 2000 or XP)
Get PC Suite.
Install PC Suite.
Connect cable to the phone.
Connect cable to the computer.
Now the computer should pop up he found some new hardware and installs it.
Once it is done, you should find a new icon for the phone in "My Computer". There you can browse the phone's memory just like it would be a computer drive (but some system folders which should stay untouched are hidden).
You've got to put the files in the folder "Digital" which is within the "Sounds" folder.
I recommend to put the ringtone in the internal memory because sometimes the memory card reacts to slow and the phone think the ringtone isn't present and plays the standard Nokia ringtone.
