I just bought this from the Cingular store today. and in playing with it I found that the duo card is not being recognised. so I took it out and its a 32mb card. the salesman told me it came with a 64mb card... and everything I am reading on the net says it should be a 512mb card.
Anyone know what should be included in the cingular box?

Phone, Battery, data cable, cd, 128mb card, charger, and manuals.

thats weird, i got the same phone and i got the charger, headphones, microphone, 1gb memory card, the computer cd, the usb cable and of course the manual, PLUS they mailled me another 4gb memory card for free

I got with my phone the cables ( home charger, usb cables), headphones, cd, manual, and 128mb duo memory card, battery.

Cingular branded W810s come with a 128MB Pro Duo card.
Unlocked ones are supposed to come with a 1GB card. But sometimes dealers would take out the 1 GB and replace it with a lower capacity card.just a way for them to sell it separately to make a higher profit.

Got mine in HK and it came with stereo headsets and a 512MB. With Rogers . you get a 1GB card.

Cingular's is supposed to come with a 128mb card. Maybe yours was an open-box sale? Or was is refurbished?

i guess i got lucky, i just upgraded through cingular/att and got this phone and it came with 256meg stick
