Hey guys, I've never posted here before but I've been reading this board for a while, I'd like to thank you all, you've helped me a lot so far
Anyways, the story goes like this: I bought a cingular branded RAZR V3. I unlocked it and put a new language pack on it.. (I'm using it with an Orange sim card)
So far so good, it worked great. So I started messing around with it, deleting locked ringers etc. Again, it worked just fine... (Btw I'm pretty sure I didn't delete anything I shouldn't have)
Until today. For no apparent reason (after I didn't mod anything in it for a few days) it starting going mad! it shut down and refused to turn back on, like it had some really wacky software problem... anyway it happened while i was typing the word "free" on the wap google. I managed to turn it back on, but the problem repeated every time I typed that word 0_0
so after that it was ok for a while, till someone called me, and after like 10 mins of conversation it shut down again. Then I couldnt get it to work for a while, tryed different sim cards and all...
At the end I just flashed it with a monster pack thinkin it will fix the software...
But now something even weirder is happening: it shuts down every time I do a sim card related action... like going to the adress book, looking through massages, opening the browser or making a call. The rest of the time it works fine (accept the trouble I have turning it back on after every time it shuts down like that).
So... Is anyone familiar with that problem? Cuz I'm going like: 0__0
Sorry the post is so long
Thanks alot... Kate

If it does it with several sim card check the sim carrier connectors - if a monsterpack didn't fix it its got to be hardware
