I just happened to download the entire matrix reloaded for my 3650 an transferred it to my phone. Now wen i watch it in real player, i can't watch the movie full screen and also there is no option of fastforward or rewind.
Can any1 here suggest any better movie player(which plays .rm files)??

PV Player can be found on my yahoo group (www.groups.yahoo.com/group/johnnyspliff) - it only plays .3gp files in full screen though. As of yet, there's no way to watch .rm (real media) files in full screen. They are only playable in RealOne player. You could convert them if you wanted, but if you're watching full movies full screen, then they will become slow and choppy, whereas .rm files have great quality.

More than fullscreen my priority is the Seek bar like windows media player has. Does pvplayer have that?

no, it does not have a seek bar (and I'm not sure how the fast forward function is, cos I don't have any long clips on my phone at the moment - the longest is the 3 minute 24 s3 trailer).
Realone has a good enough forward and rewind function (but still no seek bar - I understand what you're going through). Just press up or down when watching a video or listening to sound.

In .3gp-format it could be arround 57 MB, but think about the resolution, it's horrible.

Realone player does have a fast forward and backward function, on the Nokia 3650 anyway. Push the up-button and the movie will go fast forward, the down button is for fast backward. Left and right is for sound. Thats how it works on my phone.
